• Kindly pick up your orders after the confirmation email has been sent to you.
• Provide your Order# to ensure the right order.
  

► Delivery Option

• Our team will ship your orders through Lalamove to the provided address.
• Please provide the correct contact person, contact number, and address when you check out.
• Customers will shoulder the delivery fee.

• We have two MOPs: Bank Transfer and GCash
• For faster payment confirmation, customers can send the proof of payment directly to our email (ecomm@greenbeltfood.com) with the order#, or wait for the invoice email.
• An invoice email will be sent to confirm payment. Please send your proof of payment in the reply section of the email.

• Orders will be processed after payment is confirmed.
• Items are usually ready same day or the day after payment is confirmed.
• Orders will be canceled if payment is not settled within 24 hours after purchase.
